Q&A

What led you to pursue a career in manufacturing?

I was interested in manufacturing, and I wanted to learn more about it.

What has your journey been like?

My journey has been good and full of new experiences. It’s been different for me, as I didn’t know anything about manufacturing before. But I was able to keep an open mind throughout and learn so many new skills. Working for a big company has been beneficial because they empower their workers, help with education, and I have opportunities that I didn’t have before.

What have you learned about yourself?

I learned that I am a determined woman who doesn’t take no for an answer.

Keep an open mind because you can be successful in manufacturing if you try it.

What do you like to do in your free time?

Meditate.
