What led you to pursue a career in manufacturing?

The desire to work and learn new things and new challenges. My favorite part about manufacturing is making something everyone loves and needs.

What has your journey been like?

It has been challenging, as this is my first time working in manufacturing. But I have learned a lot along the way. Advice and suggestions from others have led me to overcome each challenge.

What have you learned about yourself?

It has surprised me how I have managed to quickly learn totally new things. The most important skill I have learned so far is the ability to work on a diverse team.

Do you have any advice for people interested in a career in manufacturing?

I advise you to start your career in manufacturing. You will not regret it as it’s an incredible experience. You will be amazed at what you will be able to create.

I have a small business.
