I help satisfy customers’ requests. We see what the customer’s application is and offer a custom, quick, and cost-effective Bead alternative for their contact pin needs.

How do you find meaning in it?

The way I think about it — these are real-world devices that need contact pins to function. Whether it is automotive, communication, or power distribution, we make the way to what is possible.

What led you to a career in manufacturing?

The ability to make something go from idea to tangible reality. There is nothing more amazing than the phase from concept to product demonstration that you can place in your hands.

Do you have any advice for people thinking about a manufacturing career?

Do it. It’s extremely rewarding in both work accomplished and compensation.
